| dc.description | O Candomblé é uma religião de matriz africana com organização social, hierarquia e regras próprias. Pesquisando com crianças no terreiro de Candomblé ketu Ilê Axé Omin Mafé em Sergipe pode-se compreender que o mundo do Candomblé possui suas próprias teorias e noções cuja relação com as teorias e noções ocidentais é de complementaridade. Essa dissertação versa sobre o lugar da criança no Candomblé, numa interface entre a Antropologia da Religião e a Antropologia da Criança. Sonhos, desenhos, histórias e brincadeiras ganham espaço como ferramentas de pesquisa, juntamente com técnicas clássicas, revelando uma nova perspectiva sobre a religião. A presença das crianças guiou meu olhar sobre a religião e aqui se mostra o resultado dessa relação em que estão imbricadas questões específicas sobre ética e a subjetividade do pesquisador no tocante à relação criança-adulto. Depois de quase cinco anos pesquisando no mesmo terreiro, com diferentes focos, apresento nessa dissertação a consolidação dessa vivência em que as crianças possuem um lugar de protagonismo. Olhando para as crianças com autoridade ritual no Ilê Axé Omin Mafé fica evidente a relativização da noção (social e biológica) de criança. | |

| dc.description | Candomblé is a religion with African matrix with its own social organization, hierarchy and rules. Researching with children in the terreiro of Candomblé ketu Ilê Axé Omin Mafé in Sergipe it is possible to understand that the world of Candomblé has its own theories and notions whose relationship with the Western theories and concepts are of complementary. This thesis focuses on the child's place in Candomblé, an interface between the Anthropology of Religion and Anthropology of the Children. Dreams, drawings, stories and jokes gain space as research tools together with classical theories revealing a new perspective on religion. The presence of children guided my view on religion and here we show the result of the relationship in which are embedded specific questions about ethics and subjectivity of the researcher in terms of adult-child relationship. After almost five years researching the same field, with different foci, I present this thesis as the consolidation of this experience wherein children have a place of prominence. Looking at children with ritual authority in Ilê Axé Omin Mafé we can find evidences of the relativization of the concept (social and biological) of child. | |
