dc.description	Oliver W. Holmes Jr. y Niklas Luhmann presentan una relevante proximidad teórica y semejanzas en sus trayectorias de vida. Establecer las razones de la no referencia al pragmatismo jurídico en la obra del autor alemán y los elementos de contacto de perspectivas teóricas aparentemente tan disociadas son el objeto de esta investigación. Propuesta esta que pretende promover un encuentro histórico de dos teóricos con importancia indiscutible para la filosofía y la sociología jurídica del Siglo XX.	es-ES
dc.description	Oliver W. Holmes Jr. and Niklas Luhmann present a relevant theoretical proximity and similarities in their life trajectories. To establish the reasons for not referring to legal pragmatism in the work of the German author and the elements of seemingly so dissociated theoretical perspectives are the object of this research. This proposal aims to promote a historical meeting of two theorists with indisputable importance for the philosophy and juridical sociology of the twentieth century.	en-US
