dc.description	Las condiciones de los contratos que permiten el acceso a una vivienda están intrínsecamente relacionadas con la realización del derecho a la vivienda. Con base en esa relación entre el derecho a un techo decente y las circunstancias materiales de los ciudadanos expresadas en las cláusulas contractuales, la Corte Constitucional colombiana ha construido algunas reglas que persiguen la protección de los derechos habitacionales de los consumidores de vivienda. En ese contexto, este artículo analiza la jurisprudencia constitucional que se ha referido a los contratos de vivienda y presenta los retos que tales decisiones proponen a las instituciones tradicionales usualmente estudiadas por el derecho privado.	es-ES
dc.description	The conditions of contracts that allow access to housing are intrinsically related to the implementation of the right to housing. Based on this relationship between the right to a decent roof and the material circumstances of citizens expressed in contractual clauses, the Colombian Constitutional Court has built some rules that seek to protect the housing rights of housing consumers. In this context, this article analyzes the constitutional jurisprudence that has referred to housing contracts and presents the challenges that such decisions suggest to traditional institutions usually studied by private law.	en-US
