| dc.description | Este texto explora las relaciones entre derecho y justicia, centrales en dos novelas de Schlink: El engaño de Selb y La justicia de Selb. El derecho y la justicia aparecen en estas obras siguiendo tres ejes que se entrecruzan. En primera instancia, un eje compuesto por dos categorías: validez y justicia. En segunda instancia, uno conformado por las variables ordenamiento jurídico-político, identidad y culpa.
