| dc.description | O campo da saúde mental é um campo complexo, cheio de divergências, marcado por conflitos e disputas em todos os países. No Brasil, com a Reforma Psiquiátrica Brasileira, iniciada nos anos 70, acontece uma grande transformação nesse campo, onde se passa de um modelo marcado pelas internações psiquiátricas para um modelo de atenção psicossocial. O objetivo deste trabalho, que se caracteriza como um estudo teórico-conceitual, é analisar os atores que fizeram parte desse processo: profissionais, usuários, familiares, Movimento da Luta Antimanicomial e Partido dos Trabalhadores, numa tentativa de articular as diversas forças que atuaram no campo da saúde mental no período entre 1978 e 2001. Através da vontade individual dos atores e da sua organização em prol da luta antimanicomial, foi possível que a Reforma Psiquiátrica se desenvolvesse no Brasil, trazendo consigo avanços para o atendimento às pessoas com sofrimento psíquico. | pt-BR |
| dc.description | The field of mental health is a complex field, full of divergences, marked by conflicts and disputes in all countries. In Brazil, with the Brazilian Psychiatric Reform, initiated in the 1970s, there is a major transformation in this field, from a model marked by psychiatric hospitalizations to a model of psychosocial care. The objective of this work, which is characterized as a theoretical-conceptual study, is to analyze the actors that were part of this process: professionals, users, family members, Antimanicomial Struggle Movement and Workers' Party, in an attempt to articulate the various forces that acted in the process. mental health field in the period between 1978 and 2001.
