dc.description	O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar uma história do futebol feminino contada pelas páginas da revista Placar durante a década de 1990. Foram mapeados 457 exemplares, destes, 06 foram utilizados para desenvolver esse artigo. Após a análise dos dados, notamos que a história apresentada pela revista se subdivide basicamente em duas frentes. A primeira que apresenta jogadoras habilidosas, porém, pouco femininas (considerando a normatividade de gênero) que representam a Seleção Brasileira, conferindo ao nosso país a notoriedade mundial, e que não encontram contrapartida para desenvolverem-se profissionalmente no âmbito local ou regional; e, uma segunda frente, que exalta a beleza das “jogadoras” e deixa de lado a habilidade esportiva do futebol, como é o caso do futebol das modelos, ou mesmo, das jogadoras contratadas por clubes que se utilizam mais das suas performances físicas do que das performances esportivas.	pt-BR
dc.description	The aim of this paper is to present a history of women's football told by the pages of Revista Placar magazine during the 1990s. 457 copies were mapped, of which 06 were used to develop this article. After analyzing the data, we note that the history presented by the magazine is basically subdivided into two fronts. The first one that presents skilful but non-feminine players (considering gender normativity) that represent the Brazilian National Team, giving our country worldwide notoriety, and who find no counterpart to develop professionally at the local or regional level; and a second front, which exalts the beauty of the “female players” and neglects the sportsmanship of soccer, as is the case of model football, or even of women hired by clubs that make the most of their physical performances. that of sports performances.	en-US
