| dc.description | The articles published herein report empirical investigations, individual and collective experiences, alternatives and resistances, among other practices, supported by theoretical and methodological analyses and reflections. Various territories are depicted in a dialogue between the four cardinal points. From the East, in Cape Verde, ‘unachieving’ the place of artistic education; from the West, traveling through 3 Brazilian regions (Northeast, Central West, and Southeast) and through social movements in Latin America; and from the South to the North, we start from local reality, follow the transepistemological dialogue, and unveil the current offensives, which subordinate education, art, and politics to economic dictates that are manifested here and there, and the varied forms of resistance. | en-US |
| dc.description | Os artigos aqui publicados apresentam investigações empíricas, experiências individuais e coletivas, alternativas e resistências, entre outras vivências, apoiadas em análises e reflexões teóricas e metodológicas. Diferentes territórios são apresentados em um diálogo entre os quatro pontos cardeais. Ao Leste, em Cabo Verde, o “desconseguir” o lugar da educação artística; ao Oeste, transitando por 3 regiões do Brasil (Nordeste, Centro-Oeste e Sudeste) e pelos movimentos sociais da América Latina; e do Sul para o Norte, partimos da realidade local, seguimos o diálogo transepistemológico e desvelamos as ofensivas atuais, que subordinam a educação, a arte e a política a ditames econômicos, que se manifestam cá e acolá, e as variadas formas de resistência. | pt-BR |
