| dc.description | The article deals with the processes of creation, formation and joint of the Cearense Council of Women’s Rights (CCDM) as a forum for dialogue between the state and civil society groups, identifying political forces, supporters and systematic implementation of public policies embraced by governments of the state of Ceará from the years 1986 to 2010 that dealt with peer pressure from civil society represented by local female delegates. Therefore, this study aims at the nature of the Council, pathways, achievements and actions of women who made up the collegial structure on the board during the period of 24 consecutive years as mentioned before. Through the words of council members, it was evident that the dynamics of the Council functioned as a body full of life and contradictions. Therefore, the article reveals core aspects found in 24 consecutive years of existence of the reffered Council while functioning in the political context of the country, identifyingthe correspondent counselors, their political involvements, the main demands of the afore mentioned women’s movement of the time, and the most outstanding actions of the Council as a body of representation and promotion of public policies for the women of Ceará state along with accredited government actions. | en-US |
| dc.description | O artigo trata dos processos de criação, constituição e articulação do Conselho Cearense dos Direitos da Mulher (CCDM) como instância de interlocução entre o Estado e a sociedade civil, identificando as forças políticas, apoiadoras e a sistemática de execução de políticas públicas executadas pelos governos do estado do Ceará desde os anos 1986 a 2010 sobre a pressão da sociedade civil representadas por um grupo de mulheres cearenses. Portanto, o referido estudo trata sobre a natureza do conselho, trajetórias, conquistas e a ação das mulheres que compuseram o colegiado no conselho no referido período. Através das falas das conselheiras percebeu-se a dinamicidade do Conselho como um órgão cheiode vida e contradições. Portanto, cerne do artigo revela aspectos dos 24 anos de existência do citado órgão situando o mesmo no contexto político do país, identificando as conselheiras o seus envolvimentos políticos, as principais reivindicações do movimento de mulheres da época citada e as mais destacadas ações do conselho enquanto órgão de representação e de promoção de políticas públicas para as mulheres cearenses e as ações governamentais | pt-BR |
