| dc.description | The present study it deals with the enslaved work in the State of Pará. The central focus is to analyze the implantation and effectiveness of public politics of eradication of the enslaved work, that today counts on new forms of structure and functioning. Although its origin in Brazil to still have been established in the colonial period, today is great entrepreneurs who all use this man power, being one attempted against against the dignity human being and of a legal system, characterizing itself in itself as an unacceptable crime. The problematic one was concentrated in the investigation how much to the factors that contribute for the eradication of the enslaved work in the State of Pará, breaking itself of the study of the description-social construction of the enslaved work and its legal aspects, identified the governmental bodies and not governmental that they develop action coibiz it /ou to eradicate it, analyzing the implanted public politics in the State. The results express an advance in Brazil, recognized internationally, being the region North in the vanguard of this process, however, the federacy have only developed action in the State, being the local power to the edge of these politics. | en-US |
| dc.description | O presente estudo trata do trabalho escravo no Estado do Pará. O foco central é analisar a implantação e efetividade de políticas públicas de erradicação do trabalho escravo, que conta hoje com novas formas de estrutura e funcionamento. Apesar de sua origem no Brasil ter sido estabelecida ainda no período colonial, hoje são grandes empresários que utilizam essa mão-de-obra, sendo um atentado contra a dignidade humana e de todo um ordenamento jurídico, caracterizando-se em si como um crime inaceitável. A problemática concentrou-se na indagação quanto aos fatores que contribuem para a erradicação do trabalho escravo no Estado do Pará, partindo-se do estudo da construção histórico-social do trabalhoescravo e seus aspectos legais, identificado os órgãos governamentais e não governamentais que desenvolvem ações para coibi-lo /ou erradicá-lo, analisando as políticas públicas implantadas no Estado. Os resultados expressam um avanço no Brasil, reconhecido internacionalmente, estando a região Norte na vanguarda desse processo, contudo, somente a federação tem desenvolvido ações no Estado, estando o poder local à margem dessas políticas. | pt-BR |
