| dc.description | This research aimed to investigate the incidence of bullying and gender violence at the University of Pará (UEPA). To develop the study, we took into account the bullying as a form of violence, seeking at the same time, identify which public policies are being adopted by the State, especially UEPA, to be able to curb this type of violence. Understood the importance of the topic, broke to diagnose how is bullying at the University of the State of Pará, in order to identify functional categories emquais is present bullying and whether, in fact, as shown by the research, women are the most affected by this type of violence. We attempted to also policies adopted to extinction of this act and what impact it has caused in the public service. Researched only the servers of the institution, both the administrative group as the group teaching, not extending to the student category. The survey was conducted on campuses in the city of Bethlehem, because the capital that concentrates the largest number of servers of the University. | dc.description | Esta pesquisa se propôs investigar a incidência do assédio moral e a violência de gênero na Universidade do Estado do Pará (UEPA). Para o desenvolvimento do estudo, levou-se em consideração o assédio moral como uma forma de violência, buscando-se, ao mesmo tempo, identificar que políticas públicas estão sendo adotadas pelo Estado, especialmente a UEPA, para que seja possível coibir esse tipo de violência. Compreendida a relevância do tema, partiu-se para o diagnóstico de como se dá o assédio moral na Universidade do Estado do Pará, na busca de identificar emquais categorias funcionais se faz presente o assédio moral e de saber se, de fato, como apontam as pesquisas, são as mulheres as mais atingidas por esse tipo de violência. Buscou-se, ainda, as políticas adotadas com vistas à extinção desse ato e quais as repercussões que tem causado no serviço público. Pesquisou-se apenas os servidores da referida instituição, tanto do grupo administrativo quanto do grupo docente, não se estendendo à categoria discente. A pesquisa foi realizada nos Campi existentes na cidade de Belém, por ser na capital que se concentra o maior número de servidores da Universidade. Este estudo utilizou pesquisa de campo; pesquisa bibliográfica; questionários; entrevistas; e grupo focal. | pt-BR |
