The globalized society demands a new configuration of knowledge driven by technological advancement that compels people to learn how to learn while building on the collaborative and interactive aspect. In the XXI century access to information is characterized by the Information and Communication Technologies - ICTs, focused on digital information resources with the capacity to generate and distribute information in the mesh network worldwide with extreme speed. This scenario of profound changes in education required the development of educational policies for entering school managers in the technological landscape centered on computer and Internet. The use of these resources covering the administrative and pedagogical aspects of the public school provides better results in the educational process and feasibility of Educational Computing Policy - PIE outlined in the National Educational Computing - ProInfo. In this sense, the present article aims to describe the research conducted by me in the public state schools in the city of Anantapur / Pará, at the level of basic education in order to see what the impacts from the implementation of such educational policy, in the process of school management.A sociedade globalizada demanda uma nova configuração de conhecimento impulsionado pelo avanço tecnológico em que obriga as pessoas a aprender a aprender tomando por base o aspecto colaborativo e interativo. Em pleno século XXI o acesso à informação é caracterizado pelas Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação – TICs, focada nos recursos digitais da informática com capacidade para gerar  e distribuir informações nas malhas da rede em nível mundial com extrema velocidade. Esse cenário de mudanças profundas na educação exigiu a elaboração de políticas públicas educacionais para inserção dos gestores escolares no cenário tecnológico centrado no Computador e Internet. A utilização desses recursos abrangendo os aspectos administrativos e pedagógicos da escola pública possibilita melhores resultados no  processo educativo e a exequibilidade da Política de Informática Educativa – PIE delineada no Programa Nacional de Informática Educativa - ProInfo. Neste sentido, o presente artigo tem por objetivo explicitar a pesquisa realizada por mim em escolas estaduais da rede pública do município de Ananindeua/Pará, no nível do ensino básico, a fim de verificar quais os impactos causados com a implementação de tal Política educacional, no processo de gestão escolar.
