This study that has as theme: Empowerment, Citizenship Education and Life’s Project in the Children and Youth socioeducation, in view of the Guarantee of Human Rights: A Study about the Experience of Frente de Assistência à Criança Carente - FACC, came in seeking to investigate how the socioeducation children, adolescents and young people in view of the guarantee of human rights experienced in Frente de Assistência à Criança Carente - FACC can contribute to empowerment, citizenship training and building life projects of the groups served by the proposal. The main motivation for this came from my professional work in the Lagamar community, through the social intervention of the organization and in the militancy as a member of civil society, from the indication of that organization, especially in areas of social control aimed at Guarantee’s Policy of Human rights of Children and Adolescents of Ceará. The organization has over twenty-five years of social work in that community and its institutional curriculum is a constant the  care of the social needs of the population, with a focus on direct attetion to children and adolescents in the context of the implementation of promotional actions and social preventives. During this validity of performance the organization across different moments in national and local socio-political scenario, which led to different strategies of action. The period chosen for the focus of this study focuses on the period from 2007 to 2013, during the trial of Freire's pedagogy in the program area associated with the methodological strategies and creation of social technologies from the perspective of ensuring the human rights of children and youth, order to contribute the construction of patterns of sociability promoters of a culture of peace in family and community relationships. The research included literature research, desk research and imagery, rescuing the indexed institutional memory, briefly, to the redemption of the struggles waged by the Lagamar community. In order to understand the possible impacts generated by the organization's work in the public served within the said proposal, the fieldwork turned to listening to those involved, by conducting of focus groups, application building tools for the diagnosis, wheels conversations, supporting the monitoring, evaluation and construction of strategic actions to adressing social demands brought by the groups. The study revealed positive aspects and achievements within the social-familial relationships, personal and social empowerment of adolescents and young people, through the adoption of altruistic life projects.Este estudo que tem por temática: Empoderamento, Formação Cidadã e Projetos de Vida na Socioeducação Infantojuvenil, na perspectiva da Garantia dos Direitos Humanos: Um Estudo sobre a Experiência da Frente de Assistência à Criança Carente – FACC, surgiu na busca em investigar como a socioeducação de crianças, adolescentes e jovens na perspectiva da garantia de direitos humanos vivenciada na Frente de Assistência à Criança Carente (FACC) pode contribuir para o empoderamento, formação cidadã e construção de projetos de vida dos grupos atendidos pela proposta. A motivação principal para tal surgiu a partir da minha atuação profissional na comunidade do Lagamar, através da intervenção social da organização e na militância enquanto membro da sociedade civil, a partir da indicação da referida organização, principalmente nos espaços de controle social voltados para a Política de Garantia de Direitos Humanos da Criança e do Adolescente do Ceará. A organização tem mais de vinte e cinco anos de trabalho social na referida comunidade e em seu currículo institucional é uma constante o atendimento das demandas sociais da população, com foco na atenção direta à crianças e adolescentes na perspectiva da implementação de ações promocionais e preventivas sociais. Durante essa vigência de atuação a organização atravessou momentos diferenciados no cenário sociopolítico nacional e local, o que a conduziu a estratégias de ação diferenciada. O período escolhido para o foco desse estudo centra-se no período de 2007 a 2013, por ocasião da experimentação da pedagógica freiriana na área programática associada a estratégias metodológicas e criação de tecnologias sociais na perspectiva da garantia dos direitos humanos infanto-juvenis, visando contribuir na construção de padrões de sociabilidade fomentadores de uma cultura de paz nas relações familiares e comunitárias. A pesquisa compreendeu estudo bibliográfico, investigação documental e imagética, resgatando a memória institucional indexada, com brevidade, ao resgate das lutas travadas pela comunidade do Lagamar. A fim de compreender os possíveis impactos gerados pelo trabalho da organização no público atendido dentro da referida proposta, o trabalho de campo voltou-se para a escuta dos envolvidos, através da realização de grupos focais, aplicação de ferramentas para construção de diagnóstico, rodas de conversas, subsidiando o monitoramento, avaliação e construção de ações estratégicas para o enfrentamento das demandas sociais trazidas pelos grupos.  O estudo revelou aspectos e conquistas positivas no âmbito das relações sociofamiliares, na empoderamento pessoal e social dos adolescentes e jovens, através da adoção de projetos de vida altruístas.
