| dc.description | The present article has as general objective to investigate the deliberative and consultative activities developed by the municipal council of health of the municipality of Beberibe in the implementation of the public policies of health of said municipality of Ceará. Among the specific objectives can be cited: a) Know the performance of the Municipal Council within the municipality of Beberibe and its interference in government actions in improving the health conditions of the population; B) To verify the technical capacity of the members of the municipal health council and their understanding of their legal responsibilities; C) To verify the performance of the municipal health council in the inspection of the allocation of public resources in the health area and in the investigation of the quality and resolution of public services as a way to improve the Unified Health System (SUS). | en-US |
| dc.description | O presente artigo tem como objetivo geral pesquisar as atividades deliberativas e consultivas desenvolvidas pelo conselho municipal de saúde do município de Beberibe na implementação das políticas públicas de saúde do referido município cearense. Dentre os objetivos específicos podem ser citados: a) Conhecer a atuação do Conselho Municipal no âmbito do município de Beberibe e sua interferência nas ações governamentais no tocante a melhoria das condições de saúde da população; b) Verificar a capacidade técnica dos membros do conselho municipal de saúde e a compreensão dos mesmos quanto suas atribuições legais; c) Constatar a atuação do conselho municipal de saúde na fiscalização da destinação dos recursos públicos na área da saúde e na investigação da qualidade e resolutividade dos serviços públicos como forma de aprimorar o Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). | pt-BR |
