| dc.description | The main objective of this article is to discover and understand the functionality of the form integral hinge on Professional Education state schools in the state of Ceará, created from the Law No. 14,273 of December 19, 2008 in line with the Federal Decree No. 5. 154/04.To understand this we aim based on the Brazilian legislation with regard to professional education making a historical period from the LDB - No. 9394/96, the Federal Decree No. 2,208 / 97, the Federal Decree No. 5. 154/04, and finally the analysis of the guiding reference this policy in the State of Ceará. As methodological procedures were performed an extensive document analysis and literature review focused on taking the existing dichotomy between basic education and vocational education. | dc.description | O objetivo principal do presente artigo é desvendar e compreender a funcionalidade da forma de articulação integral nas Escolas Estaduais de Educação Profissional no Estado do Ceará, criadas a partir da Lei Nº 14.273 de 19 de dezembro de 2008 em consonância com o Decreto Federal Nº 5. 154/04. Para compreender esse objetivo tomamos por base à legislação brasileira no que diz respeito à educação profissional fazendo um recorte histórico a partir da LDB – Nº 9394/96, o Decreto Federal Nº 2.208/97, o Decreto Federal Nº 5. 154/04, e por fim a análise dos referenciais norteadores dessa política no Estado do Ceará. Como procedimentos metodológicos foram realizados uma ampla análise documental e revisão bibliográfica tomando como foco a dicotomia existente entre educação básica e educação profissional. Os achados foram que o Ensino Médio integrado a Educação Profissional centra-se na garantia de um novo conceito e de uma nova proposta curricular para a escola pública do Ceará. | pt-BR |
