| dc.description | This article presents an experience in the classroom, which is the product of an investigation with the purpose that 10th grade students of a private educational institution in Tunja would come to understand the mathematical object ellipse coordinating the semiotic representation registers, such as: the algebraic, graphic and verbal registers. The study was based on Duval’s Theory of Semiotic Representation Registers (1999), with a qualitative approach, where didactic engineering (Artigue, 1995) was used as a methodology to achieve the proposed objectives. Regarding the experimental phase, didactic sequences mediated by Geogebra software, the theory of semiotic representation registers and the theory of didactic situations were used. | dc.description | En el presente artículo se expone una experiencia en el aula de clase, la cual es producto de una investigación con el propósito de que los estudiantes de grado 10° de una Institución Educativa privada de Tunja, comprendan el objeto matemático elipse, coordinando los registros de representación semiótica, tales como: el registro algebraico, gráfico y verbal. El estudio se sustentó en la Teoría de los Registros de Representación Semiótica de Duval (1999), con un enfoque de tipo cualitativo, donde, se utiliza la ingeniería didáctica (Artigue, 1995) como metodología para llegar a la consecución de los objetivos propuestos. En lo referente a la fase experimental se utilizaron secuencias didácticas mediadas por el software GeoGebra; la teoría de los registros de representación semiótica y la teoría de las situaciones didácticas. Entre los principales resultados de la investigación se observó que los estudiantes lograron coordinar los registros: pictórico y de lengua natural, así como también el registro algebraico con el gráfico. | es-ES |
