| dc.description | The implementation of education based on the competence approach and evaluation as the central axis of this research, has different problems, in this article it is intended to reveal some of the intimacy of the implementation of evaluation processes in the pedagogical practice of some elementary school teachers, among them the index of subjectivities that mainstream them and make them wonder about the way in which it is assumed and the meaning that this practice has for the teacher; The result of this research comes from the sampling of practicing teachers from public institutions in the city of Medellín; using the interview as a tool, which allowed findings such as the constitution of a perspective adjusted to the integrality that demands the formation of human beings in their own capacities and the beginning of a deconstructive process that allows the evolution of old practices giving way to the emergencies of dynamics adjusted to existing realities. | en-US |
| dc.description | La implementación de la educación basada en el enfoque de competencias y la evaluación como eje central de la presente investigación, reviste diferentes problemáticas. En el presente artículo se pretende develar algunos pormenores de la intimidad de la implementación de procesos evaluativos en la práctica pedagógica de algunos docentes de básica secundaria, entre ellos el índice de subjetividades que los transversalizan e impelen a preguntarse por la forma en que se asume y el sentido que tiene para el maestro dicha práctica; el resultado de esta investigación deviene del muestreo de docentes en ejercicio, de instituciones públicas de la ciudad de Medellín; utilizando la entrevista como herramienta, misma que permitió hallazgos como la constitución de una perspectiva ajustada a la integralidad que demanda la formación de los seres humanos en sus propias capacidades y el inicio de un proceso deconstructivo que permite la evolución de antiguas prácticas dando paso a las emergencias de las dinámicas ajustadas a las realidades existentes. | es-ES |
