dc.description	The purpose of this article is to describe the factors that affect the stress levels of teachers as a consequence of the covid-19 virus. Focusing especially on aspects such as the modification of the educational modality from face-to-face to remote or distance. As well as other aspects such as the almost improvised use of unconventional ICT tools in the educational field by teachers. In this sense, this qualitative descriptive documentary research focused on a randomized documentary review. And among its results, it reported that according to the authors reviewed, teachers showed higher levels of stress because they had to face ICT tools that they did not handle with expertise, the adaptations of class sessions to new paradigms in which they could no longer interact in a really dynamic way with their students, and personal elements such as having to deal with the emotional burden of fear of contagion while they had to continue performing their duties. These types of results, although not necessarily generalizable, are undoubtedly a fertile field of research for teachers who want to delve deeper into these issues.	en-US
dc.description	El presente artículo de reflexión tiene como objetivo describir los factores que inciden en los niveles de estrés de los docentes como consecuencia del virus covid-19. Centrándose especialmente en aspectos como la modificación de la modalidad educativa de presencial a remota o distancia. Así como en otros aspectos como el uso casi improvisado de herramientas como TIC´S poco convencionales en el ámbito educativo por parte de los docentes. En este sentido, esta investigación documental, descriptiva de tipo cualitativa, se centró en una revisión documental aleatoria. Y entre sus resultados reportó que según los autores revisados que los docentes mostraron niveles más altos de estrés debido a que tuvieron que enfrentarse a herramientas de TIC´S que no manejaban con experticia, a las adaptaciones de las sesiones de clases a nuevos paradigmas en los que ya no podían interactuar de forma realmente dinámica con sus estudiantes y a elementos personales como el tener que lidiar con la carga emocional del temor al contagio mientras debían seguir desempeñando sus labores. Este tipo de resultados, si bien no son necesariamente generalizables son sin duda alguna, un campo fértil de investigación para los docentes que quieran profundizar en estás temáticas.	es-ES
