dc.description	This paper provides a critical view about the phenomenon of globalization, from the power relations that emerge from global and local practices in education; in addition to the meanings produced by understanding the teacher as a cultural identity and subject of knowledge from his/her territory. Some conceptual positions are taken in order to understand the glocal pedagogy from a cultural, free and pluralistic perspective, based on the approach of the capacities.	en-US
