| dc.description | The efforts that are being carried out within the educational sphere and society in the ethical task of restoring the community and the earth their vital value, as basal elements of the evolution of life, do not seem to be sufficient or forceful. Both have been eroded, subjected, like education itself, to the logic of progress, of financial power, of a logic that bets more on the market than on life, on utilitarianism rather than on solidarity, individualism rather than the relationships of ethical alterity as a way of maintaining the human world, the world of life and the planet. This is the core idea of the current issue of our Redipe Newsletter Magazine. The articles that make up this edition constitute productions derived from research processes and inquiries regarding community, territorial, educational and environmental issues. Uno y otro han venido siendo erosionados, sometidos, como la misma educación, a la lógica del progreso, del poder financiero, de una lógica que le apuesta más al mercado que a la vida, al utilitarismo que a la solidaridad, al individualismo que a las relaciones de alteridad ética como forma de mantener el orbe humano, el orbe de la vida y el planeta. Es esta la idea nuclear del número actual de nuestra Revista Boletín Redipe.
