| dc.description | This article was based on the contents of the World Conference on Education (Jomtien, Thailand, 1990), the World Conference of UNESCO. (Salamanca, Spain, 1994) and World Education Forum (Dakar, Senegal, 2000). From this reading, this document presents laws, decrees and norms in a national context, which aims to guarantee the inclusive education of the population with Special Educational Needs. | dc.description | Este artículo tomó como base lo expuesto en la Conferencia Mundial de Educación, (Jomtien, Tailandia, 1990), la Conferencia Mundial de la UNESCO. (Salamanca, España, 1994) y Foro Mundial de Educación (Dakar, Senegal, 2000). A partir de esta lectura el documento presenta leyes, decretos y normas en contexto nacional, las cuales tienen como propósito garantizar la educación inclusiva de la población con Necesidades Educativas Especiales. Por lo tanto, el objetivo principal del presente artículo es construir un marco legal de la inclusión educativa en el ámbito nacional, desde una aproximación a los decretos, normas y leyes, algunos expuestos en la Constitución Políticas de Colombia de 1991 y en la Ley General de Educación de 1994. | es-ES |
