| dc.description | The present study starts with the recognition that in the present time the university is the object of several perspectives, critical and analytical studies in the formation of suitable and consequent professionals in their human and academic formation; it seeks its transformation so that it contributes as a stimulating element of the culture and the society in the conditions that the present times' demands. It is thus that the actors immersed in the educational process are active agents of the educational practice (in the educational practice: teaching and learning) because it is required of teachers and students engaged in the process, as the study: It focuses on a professional distance learning program in the traditional distance learning method with the support of the virtuality; therefore, the distance education teachers offering the highest quality standards in the human, pedagogical and disciplinary formation of their students according to the offer of the programs. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente estudio parte del reconocimiento de que, en la actualidad, la universidad es objeto de diversas miradas y estudios críticos y analíticos que se centran en la formación de profesionales idóneos que sean consecuentes con su formación humana y académica. De este modo, se busca por todos los medios la transformación de la universidad para que contribuya, como elemento dinamizador de la cultura y de la sociedad, a mejorar las condiciones que los tiempos actuales exigen. Tanto es así que los actores inmersos en el proceso educativo son agentes activos de la práctica educativa en la educación, la enseñanza y el aprendizaje, pues se requiere de docentes y estudiantes comprometidos en el proceso. Por esta razón, este estudio se centra en un programa profesional con metodología a distancia de carácter tradicional, con apoyo de lo virtual. De este modo, los profesores de educación a distancia buscan los más altos estándares de calidad en la formación humana, pedagógica y disciplinar de sus estudiantes, de acuerdo con la oferta de programas existente. | es-ES |
