dc.description	The objective of the text is to present a motion of teaching competences for the management of the teaching-learning process based on an integrative vision of various didactic tendencies. To fulfill this task, the text was divided into three sections. First, the notions of teaching and teaching-learning process are addressed. Then, the most significant conceptions and characteristics of the didactic in appointment are analyzed. And finally, the aforementioned proposal is outlined. The study is proactive. It was carried out through a general method of knowledge that is analysis. The objects of study were divided (didactic, teaching-learning process and didactic tendencies), with the purpose of revealing their meaning and characteristics in order to delineate a sketch of teaching competencies for the management of the teaching-learning process.	en-US
dc.description	El objetivo del texto es presentar una moción de competencias docentes para la gestión del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje a partir de una visión integradora de diversas tendencias didácticas. Para cumplir con este cometido, el texto se dividió en tres secciones. Primero, se abordan las nociones de didáctica y de proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Después, se analizan las concepciones y características más significativas de las didácticas en cita. Y finalmente, se bosqueja la propuesta aludida.  El estudio es de carácter propositivo. Se llevó a cabo a través de un método general del conocimiento que es el análisis. Se seccionaron los objetos de estudio (didáctica, proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y tendencias didácticas), con el propósito de develar su significado y características a fin delinear un bosquejo de competencias docentes para la gestión del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.	es-ES
