| dc.description | The alternatives are identified through flexibility, options and relations during the negotiation in order to protect the defense of interests where the change of language that enables the true conciliatory dialogue is used, according to the importance of the results agreed by the parties in conflict, The alternatives are the product of the second objective of the research entitled Negotiation and Peace Network for the Development of the Post-Conflict in the Students of the International Business Program of the University of La Guajira Colombia, determinants of peace management that allow the understanding and coexistence through positive experiences in which the actors interact, give meaning to the negotiation environment and build the version of their own reality to propose options for lasting agreements in the face of difference. The negotiation alternatives offer a different proposal to a confrontation, the point of equilibrium in which the figure of the victor or the vanquished does not exist, only human connection meetings on their own account or going to a third party that promotes the handling of the dispute in seeks common benefit in a peaceful way, oriented decision-making where the parties through the word are committed to a sense of fairness, that is, are an option to resolve conflicts in a friendly, expeditious, simple, agile, efficient and with full legal effects, a challenge for educational institutions in post-conflict period, promote a culture of peace and strengthen in the short term the alternatives of conflict negotiation | en-US |
| dc.description | Las alternativas se identifican mediante la flexibilidad, las opciones y las relaciones durante la negociación, a fin de propiciar el cambio de lenguaje que posibilite el verdadero diálogo conciliador, según la importancia de los resultados acordados por las partes en conflicto. Las alternativas son producto del segundo objetivo de la investigación titulada Red de Negociación y Paz para el para el Desarrollo del Posconflicto en los Estudiantes del Programa de Negocios Internacionales de La Universidad de La Guajira Colombia, determinantes de la gestión de paz que permiten el entendimiento y la convivencia a través de experiencias positivas en las cuales los actores interactúan, le dan sentido al entorno de la negociación y construyen la versión de su propia realidad para plantear opciones de acuerdos duraderos frente a la diferencia. Las alternativas son el punto de equilibrio; ofrecen una propuesta distinta a un enfrentamiento, en el cual no existe la figura de vencedor ni vencido, solo encuentros de conexión humana por cuenta propia u acudiendo a un tercero negociador, que promueva el manejo de la disputa en forma pacífica en busca del beneficio común, orientado a la toma de decisiones donde las partes a través de la palabra se comprometen con el sentido de equidad, es decir, son una opción para resolver conflictos de una manera amistosa, expedita, sencilla, ágil, eficiente y con plenos efectos legales, un reto para las instituciones educativas en época de post-conflicto, promover la cultura de paz y fortalecer en el corto plazo las alternativas de negociación de conflictos. | es-ES |
