dc.description	The Society continuously demands better living conditions for the improvement of the peoples, the State and the Academy need to work in harmony to be able to meet the needs of society from the north or the south, which deserves to leave the comfort zone, take advantage of the knowledge that evolves day by day, considering structural aspects of the educational system in higher education, government policies, the student – teacher relationship, technology as a constant innovation tool, understanding that we are diverse and multicultural world, that the student seeks to leave an intellectual slavery, to understand that you cannot compare the University as any company, by not engaging in the trade of goods, the academy seeks to manage processes of transfer and constant transformation of new knowledge embodied in learning achievements, in this stage of transition where it cannot be said that there are absolute truths, we look to the future as unpredictable, this globalized world seeks to from strategic alliances related to the world of work, social cohesion and professional development, formed within a flexible curriculum, using a methodology of critical analysis to the challenges posed by Miguel Escotet when affirming that “the university must first of all teach to think, to create the attitude towards the risk of thinking, to exercise the common sense and to unleash the creative imagination”. dc.description	La sociedad demanda continuamente de mejores condiciones de vida para la superación de los pueblos, el Estado y la Academia. Estos necesitan trabajar en armonía para poder suplir las necesidades que la sociedad exige, sean procedentes  del norte o del sur,  lo cual amerita salir de la zona de confort, aprovechar los conocimientos que evolucionan día a día, considerando aspectos estructurales del sistema educativo en la educación superior, las políticas gubernamentales, la relación estudiante - docente, la tecnología como herramienta de innovación constante, entender  que somos un mundo diverso y multicultural, que el estudiante busca salir de una esclavitud intelectual, para concebir que no se puede comparar a la Universidad como una empresa cualquiera al no dedicarnos al comercio de mercancías. La academia busca gestionar procesos de transferencia y transformación constante de nuevos conocimientos plasmados en logros de aprendizaje;  en esta etapa de transición  donde no se puede afirmar que existen verdades absolutas, miramos al futuro como impredecible;  en este mundo globalizado se busca formar alianzas estratégicas relacionadas con el mundo del trabajo, la cohesión social y el desarrollo profesional, formado dentro de un currículo flexible. Se utiliza una metodología de análisis crítico a los desafíos planteados por Miguel Escotet,  quien  afirma que “la universidad debe ante todo enseñar a pensar, crear la actitud hacia el riesgo de pensar, ejercitar el sentido común y dar rienda suelta a la imaginación creadora”. (Escotet, 2018, pág. 20).	es-ES
