| dc.description | Interest in the skills and attitudes towards the handling of information has been renewed in recent years. The access to multiple sources of information causes that at present an excess of the same is experienced and in the majority of occasions a greater amount than is capable of being assimilating is received. This research was carried out with the objective of applying the Big 6 Model, in the solution of information problems related to university management. To this end, an updated bibliographic review on the subject was made. The Big 6 model consisted of six steps which were applied in order to favor managerial skills in ELAM managers. It was a very useful ALFIL tool for searching and solving information problems in aspects related to the updating of educational management issues. | en-US |
| dc.description | El interés por las habilidades y actitudes hacia el manejo de la información se ha renovado en los últimos años. El acceso a múltiples fuentes de información provoca que en la actualidad se experimente un exceso de la misma. En la mayoría de las ocasiones se recibe mayor cantidad de la que se es capaz de asimilar. Se realizó esta investigación con el objetivo de Aplicar el Modelo Big 6, en la solución de problemas de información relacionados con la gestión universitaria. Para esto se efectuó revisión bibliográfica actualizada sobre el tema. El modelo Big 6 constó de seis pasos que se aplicaron en función de favorecer las competencias gerenciales en directivos de la ELAM. Constituyó una herramienta de ALFIL de gran utilidad para búsquedas y solución de problemas de información en aspectos relacionados con la actualización en temas de gestión educativa. | es-ES |
