| dc.description | As a result of the experiences lived as students and later as a teacher immersed in educational and administrative processes, it has been observed that the difficulties for the admission, permanence and culmination of fuller studies at the University of La Guajira, by parts of undergraduate and postgraduate students are affected in some of the stages mentioned above, due to the lack of economic resources, which is the reason for the idea of doing a socio-economic analysis to set up and implement a Cooperative of Contributions and Credits for Students and Alumni of the University of La Guajira Riohacha headquarters. The foregoing if it is considered that the lack of economic resources is the cause that hinders the admission, permanence and satisfactory completion of the studies at the University of La Guajira, whereby students who access this institution seek funding of enrollments through the offices of administrative and financial subdirectories, either directly or through cross-accounts with teachers and administrators, which does not meet the needs of these students. But as a consequence of all the inconveniences that have occurred in the last years of the ordinance 214 that indicates the gratuitousness of the education through subsidies of enrollment to the students guajiros, these have been affected as a result of the centralization of the royalties, there is a dark panorama for low-income students in the department of La Guajira, who hold high hopes that this will not happen. This is where the project is expected to have a greater social and economic impact. The next project is to analyze the socio-economic situation of students in order to determine the feasibility of setting up and implementing a cooperative savings and credit cradle for university students. | dc.description | Como resultado de los experiencias vividas como estudiantes y posteriormente como docente inmersos en los procesos educativos y administrativos, se ha podido observar que las dificultades para la admisión, permanencia y culminación a plenitud de los estudios superiores en la Universidad de La Guajira, por partes de los estudiantes de pregrado y posgrado, se ven afectados en algunas de las etapas anteriormente mencionadas, por la falta de recursos económicos, siendo este el motivo que condujo a la idea de hacer un análisis socio económico para montar e implementar una Cooperativa de Aportes y Créditos para Estudiantes y Egresados de la Universidad de la Guajira sede Riohacha. En este sentido se asume que la falta de recursos económicos es la causa que dificulta la admisión, permanencia y culminación satisfactoria de los estudios en la Universidad de La Guajira, razón por el cual los estudiantes que acceden a esta institución buscan financiación de matrículas atreves de las oficinas de subdirección administrativa y financiera, sea de manera directa o por medio de cruces de cuentas con docentes y administrativos, lo que no alcanza a cubrir las necesidades de estos estudiantes. Pero como consecuencia de todos los inconvenientes que se ha presentado en los últimos años de la ordenanza 214 que señala la gratuidad de la educación a través de subsidios de matrícula a los estudiantes guajiros, estos se han visto afectados a consecuencia de la centralización de las regalías, se vislumbra un oscuro panorama para los estudiantes de bajos recursos del departamento de La Guajira, los que guardan serias esperanzas de que esto no ocurra. Es allí donde se espera que el proyecto tenga un mayor impacto social y económico. Se busca entonces con el siguiente proyecto analizar la situación socio económica de los estudiantes con el fin de determinar la viabilidad del montaje e implementación de cuna cooperativa de ahorro y créditos para estudiantes de la universidad. El tipo de investigación es descriptiva y para su desarrollo se utilizará como técnica la aplicación de encuesta en la compilación de la información necesaria para el mismo. | es-ES |
