dc.description	In the present article the research competence in the teachers in formation of the Program Bachelor in Mathematics of the University of Sucre is analyzed, in aspects associated with the recognition of the context to research, formative practice, knowledge production, spaces of formation, capacity of researching, and some difficulties presented during his formative process in front of the research component. Likewise, an improvement plan focused on strategies, tools, and resources to enable the development of researching skills in students and teachers is proposed.	en-US
dc.description	En el presente artículo se analiza la competencia investigativa en los docentes en formación pertenecientes al Programa Licenciatura en Matemáticas de la Universidad de Sucre, en aspectos asociados con el reconocimiento de contexto para investigar, práctica formativa, producción de conocimiento, espacios de formación, capacidad de indagación, y algunas dificultades presentadas durante su proceso formativo frente al componente investigativo. De igual forma, se proponen un plan de mejoramiento enfocado a estrategias, herramientas y recursos que posibilitan el desarrollo de habilidades investigativas en los estudiantes y docentes.	es-ES
