| dc.description | Con el presente texto se pretende realizar un ejercicio reflexivo en torno a la evaluación de la calidad educativa teniendo como referentes de estudio sus aparatos epistémicos, los procesos sobre su origen, evolución, potencialidad y evaluación, así como el papel que cumplen los agentes educativos, los lenguajes educativos, los escenarios y los ambientes educativos en el análisis sobre la confiabilidad de las pruebas estandarizadas y su aplicación que organismos internacionales utilizan para medir y evaluar la calidad educativa, el análisis sobre la complejidad de la medición y la evaluación de sistemas educativos. En este sentido, se profundiza sobre la descripción y valoración de los efectos de la evaluación por competencias a partir de las directrices de las actuales políticasy reformas educativas. | es-ES |
