dc.description	This work focused on knowing the conflicting scenarios in organizational spaces, in order to address tools to detect problems. Theoretically based on Kinicki and Kreitner (2003), Robbins (2004) among others. His method was correlational, not experimental, transversal design. We used two questionnaires with scale likert. Estimated reliability by Rulon, which yielded 0.99, to the two questionnaires. The data were analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics. Showed weakness in the forms of decision-making, thus indicating the need to intervene the problem from a psychosocial perspective.	en-US
dc.description	Este trabajo se enfocó en conocer los escenarios conflictivos en espacios organizacionales, a fin de abordar herramientas para detectar los problemas. Teóricamente se basó en Kinicki y Kreitner (2003), Robbins (2004) entre otros. Por su método fue correlacional, con diseño no experimental, trasversal. Se utilizaron dos cuestionarios con escala likert. Se calculó la confiabilidad por Rulón, lo cual arrojó 0.99, para los dos cuestionarios. Los datos se analizaron con estadísticas descriptivas e inferenciales. Se mostró debilidad en las formas de toma de decisiones, lo que indica la necesidad de intervenir el problema desde una mirada psicosocial.	es-ES
