dc.description	The State intervenes in the economy because the market itself is not capable of sustaining an optimal economic operation, which means that the State acts as a regulatory agent proposing in this way development policies that safeguard national production. It also presents the causes that determine the importance of state intervention in the economy and how is the planning of the economy of a market, providing the existential premises of an economic process focused on satisfying social needs, thus ending the great challenge which faces the Colombian state in the face of globalization.	en-US
dc.description	El Estado interviene en la economía debido a que el mercado por sí mismo no es capaz de sostener un óptimo funcionamiento económico, lo que conduce a aquel actúe como agente regulador, proponiendo de esta forma políticas de desarrollo que salvaguarden la producción nacional. Además, se presentan las causas que determinan la importancia de la intervención del Estado en la economía y como es la planificación de la economía de un mercado, proporcionando las premisas existenciales de un proceso económico centrado en satisfacer las necesidades sociales, finalizando así con el gran reto al que se enfrenta el estado colombiano frente a la globalización.	es-ES
