| dc.description | This document carries out a review of the formulation and execution of policies of UNESCO and Colombia, in relation to mobile learning, during the period 2013 to 2016, stage in which digital tablets were one of the relevant trends in the implementation of the Technology in Education. The factors of infrastructure endowment, digital contents, teacher training, the pedagogical model of Tabletas para Educar, are analyzed in order to evaluate the progress based on a documentary analysis. The provision of digital tablets as technological innovation was evidenced, with aspects to improve in teacher training, increase of digital contents for digital tablets and the elaboration of Programs that promote the effective appropriation of these technologies as educational innovation. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente documento realiza una revisión de la formulación y ejecución de políticas de la UNESCO y de Colombia, con relación al aprendizaje móvil, durante el período 2013 a 2016, etapa en la que las tabletas digitales fueron una de las tendencias relevantes en implementación de la tecnología en la Educación. Se analizan los factores de dotación de infraestructura, contenidos digitales, formación de maestros, el modelo pedagógico de Tabletas para Educar, con el fin de evaluar el avance con base en un análisis documental. Se evidenció la provisión de tabletas digitales como innovación tecnológica, con aspectos por mejorar en capacitación docente, aumento de contenidos digitales para tabletas digitales y la elaboración de Programas que fomenten la apropiación efectiva de estas tecnologías como innovación educativa. | es-ES |
