| dc.description | This paper aims to reflect and provide some clarity in the midst of important processes through which undergraduate programs in higher education training and professional pedagogical practices are undergoing. The training of educators is a topic that concerns everyone, especially those who are within the teaching profession and are willing to make transformations. Teaching is a human action for humans that both stands out for its imperfection as well as for the progress towards transcendence. The education and training of future teachers through the different offers presented by universities must be characterized by the transformation of the human being, and to accomplish that, it must be flexible and innovative in order to make the collected experiences a knowledge for life that can spread to everyone and be available in order for these to be absorbed within society to influence it. The sense of the practice is framed in several aspects to be taken into account: The contribution that is made from research is the opportunity to open the discussion, to problematize towards the reflection of the pedagogical practices which are in different spaces, scenarios of the Colombian territory through which different higher education options are presented. The following will remain under discussion: How will the new generations educate? How doesthe educational change through time, with its progress and new conceptions, influence botheducation and the human being? What is the importance and knowledge of the processes of inclusion which will allow the creation of spaces for diversity from the current demands that allow tensions to arise which will ultimately enable solutions. | en-US |
| dc.description | Esta ponencia tiene como propósito reflexionar y brindar una luz en medio de procesos importantes por los que atraviesan los programas de licenciatura en la educación superior y desde la formación y las prácticas pedagógicas profesionales. La formación de educadores es un tema que concierne a todos, especialmente a aquellos que están dentro de la profesión docente y que están dispuestos a realizar transformaciones. La docencia, es una labor de humanos para humanos que se destaca por la imperfección y el avance hacia la trascendencia. La educación y formación de los futuros maestros a través de las diferentes ofertas que presentan las universidades se debe caracterizar por la transformación del ser humano, para esto debe ser flexible e innovadora y hacer que las experiencias condensadas en conocimientos para la vida estén al alcance de manera que se arraiguen e incidan en la sociedad. El sentido de la práctica está enmarcado en varios matices a tener en cuenta: El aporte que se hace desde la investigación es la oportunidad de la discusión, problematizar hacia la reflexión de las prácticas pedagógicas las cuales están en diferentes espacios, escenarios del territorio colombiano a través de diferentes modalidades que presente la educación superior. Quedan en discusión: ¿Las nuevas generaciones como formarán?, ¿Cómo influye el cambio educativo a través del tiempo, los avances y las nuevas concepciones sobre las que se mueve la educación y lo humano?¿cuál es la importancia y el conocimiento de los procesos de inclusión de la apertura hacia la diversidad desde las exigencias actuales que permiten tensiones que a su vez demarcan y posibilitan las soluciones. | es-ES |
