dc.description	As we enter the new century, it is more than obvious to the individual organizations and the dynamic environment of uncertainty that they face daily, if we are to be rigorous: 24 hours, seven days a week all year. This article presents a tool for organizations to address conceptual scenarios for the future, uncertain and complex faced on management systems, which arises here is through organizations that are viable or intelligent members or employees generate and share knowledge internally and externally the same, we can manage this uncertain future (management of uncertainty).	en-US

El presente artículo plantea para las organizaciones una herramienta conceptual para abordar los escenarios futuros, inciertos y complejos a los que se enfrentaran en torno a los sistemas de gestión. Se plantea aquí que es a través de organizaciones inteligentes o viables, que poseen integrantes o trabajadores que generan conocimiento y comparten interna y externamente el mismo, donde podemos gestionar este futuro incierto (gestión de la incertidumbre).	es-ES
