| dc.description | The contribution is centered in the analysis of the problems of the teachers of Indigenous Education in pimas regions of the State of Chihuahua, present at the time of attending the school curriculum. Therefore, in a detailed way, we describe the pressing setbacks in the everyday school reality of the processes of teachers' pedagogical practice. The paper shows the results of a research project that analyzes the situation of intercultrual education in these ethnic contexts. The qualitative study, focuses on the phenomenon studied, from the view of the actors involved; the reality lived by the magisterium that attend pima students in this entity. The data are obtained through a questionnaire of 73 open and closed questions, which correspond to 29 teachers, generating from it, results that show the challenges and pending tasks in the implementation of the school curriculum of the educational reality studied, and which end up being not only challenges for the involved teacher, at the same time they are, essential elements within the agendas pending to be covered by the educational policy makers. | en-US |
| dc.description | El aporte se centra en el análisis de las problemáticas de los maestros de Educación Indígena en regiones pimas del Estado de Chihuahua, presentes al momento de atender el currículo escolar. Por tanto, de manera pormenorizada se describen los tropiezos acuciantes en la realidad escolar cotidiana de los procesos de la práctica pedagógica del profesorado. El escrito muestra los resultados de un proyecto de investigación que analiza la situación que guarda la educación intercultrual en estos contextos étnicos. El estudio de caráctercualitativo, enfoca el fenómeno estudiado, desde la visión de los actores involucrados; la realidad vivida por el magisterio que atienden alumnado pima en esta entidad. Los datos se obtienen a través de un cuestionario de 73 preguntas abiertas y cerradas, que responden 29 maestros y maestras, generándose a partir de ello, resultados que dejan ver los retos y tareas pendientes en la puesta en acción del currículo escolar de la realidad educativa estudiada, y que terminan siendo no sólo retos para el magisterio involucrado, al mismo tiempo son, elementos esenciales dentro de las agendas pendientes de cubrir por los hacedores de políticas educativas. | es-ES |
