dc.description	Educational integration and job opportunities represent an ongoing concern for young people.   From the interviews of the main investigation  arise that the young have confronted various periods of exclusion from both the labour market and school.   The aim of this work is to deepen the concept of the “Ni Ni” young people (those who neither study nor work). And, after giving a voice and listening carefully to a group of students at night secondary schools in Viedma (Rio Negro, Argentina), contribute to their characterisation and estimate the reasons why they are in that situation.   Setting aside from the preconceptions and the personal responsibility of the situation in which they are, we have analised the factors that influence such phenomenon.   As well as the interviews, other documents have been used: the National Youth Survey for 2014 and the INDEC Permanent Household Survey (2011, 2012, 2013), all of them from Argentina.   Among the various sources, data triangulation has been carried out.	en-US
dc.description	La problemática de la inserción educativa y laboral de jóvenes constituye una preocupación actual. De las entrevistas de la muestra de la investigación principal surge que estos jóvenes han enfrentado en diferentes períodos procesos de exclusión tanto del mercado laboral como de la escuela. El propósito del presente trabajo es profundizar en el concepto de “Ni-Ni” ( jóvenes que ni estudian ni trabajan). Y a partir de darles la palabra y escuchar atentamente lo que tienen y quieren decir al respecto, un grupo de estudiantes de escuelas secundarias nocturnas, de la ciudad de Viedma, Río Negro Argentina, contribuir a su caracterización y aproximarnos a algunos de los motivos que exponen por los cuales se han encontrado en esa situación. Tratamos de apartarnos de la estigmatización de la que han sido objeto estos jóvenes y  de la responsabilización personal de la situación en la que se encuentran. Además de las entrevistas se utilizaron otros documentos: La Encuesta Nacional de Jóvenes (ENJ) de 2014 y la Encuesta Permanente de Hogares del INDEC (2011, 2012, 2013) todas de Argentina. Entre las diversas fuentes se efectuó la triangulación de datos.	es-ES
