| dc.description | This article purpose is to think over the analysis of the use of the technological tools in the teachers in the public educational institutions at the city of Riohacha, turning in to a helping tool in the teaching-learning process, Creating cooperative spaces of formative and interdisciplinary work. Because of the above, is required the professional development of the teacher in a technological enviroment to facilitate the creation of new educational enviroments using pedagogical strategies in the city classrooms. The above would mean the improvement of the educational quality and the creation of new knowledges in the students, which are now a relevant part of the pedagogical activity Given that one moves from the traditional teaching model to one where the student is the center of the process and the teacher is the guide. This is the framework of concerns that justify the present work, which will reveal results that will serve to formulate proposals related to the management for decision making that allow the solution and development of public policies aimed at forming and training the Teachers, in the use of ICT technological tools, in a technological environment that generates educational impact at all levels in the region. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este artículo tiene como propósito reflexionar sobre el análisis del uso de las herramientas tecnológicas en los docentes de las instituciones educativas públicas de la ciudad de Riohacha, convirtiéndose en un medio de apoyo en el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje, creando espacios cooperativos de trabajo formativo e interdisciplinar. Por lo anterior, se requiere del desarrollo profesional del docente en un entorno tecnológico que facilite la creación de nuevos ambientes educativos mediante el usode estrategias pedagógicas en las aulas de las instituciones educativas de la ciudad. Lo anterior vendría a redundar en el mejoramiento de la calidad de la educación y en la creación de nuevos conocimientos por parte de los estudiantes, que pasan a ser parte relevante en la actividad pedagógica dado que se pasa del modelo de enseñanza tradicional a uno donde el estudiante es el centro del proceso y el docente es el guía. Este es el marco de preocupaciones que justifican el presente trabajo, del que se desprenderán resultados que servirán para la formulación de propuestas relacionadas con la gestión para la toma de decisiones que permitan la solución y desarrollo de políticas públicas orientadas a la formación y capacitación de los docentes, en el uso de herramientas tecnológicas TIC, en un entorno tecnológico que genere impacto educativo a todos los niveles en la región. | es-ES |
