dc.description	This article aims to demonstrate the importance of educational citadel in the process of academic formation and promoting the cognitive process, this being understood as the ability to develop knowledge. First it will be provided a brief introduction to a better understanding of cognition and educational citadel concepts. Next, it will be discussed the need to implement the model of educational citadel and similarly, the interference of this model as a strategy to introduce children and young people, settings and contexts that encourage the INSPIRE -e education student basic, secondary and technical secondary, better cognitive development process.	en-US
dc.description	El presente artículo pretende determinar la importancia de la ciudadela educativa en elproceso de formación académica y de favorecer el proceso cognitivo, entendido éste como la capacidad de desarrollar conocimiento. Primeramente se hará una breve introducción para entender mejor los conceptos de cognición y ciudadela educativa. A continuación se expondrá la necesidad de implementar el modelo de ciudadela educativa y de igual manera la injerencia que tiene este proyecto como estrategia para presentarle a los niños, niñas y jóvenes, en los escenarios y contextos que se fomente –e inspire- en el estudiante de educación básica, secundaria y media técnica, un mejor proceso de desarrollo cognitivo.	es-ES
