dc.description	Language is the tool used for learning the world; generates a relationship with various individuals regardless of the context in which they are located, which is why research has been carried out over several years, where the results obtained from the communication process have been worrisome. The present investigative work seeks to determine the parameters on which the learning of a language should be based, addressing basic concepts of applied linguistics, as well as their objectives, the strategies that should be implemented when acquiring a language, in order to improve the communicative competence. In addition, it is considered that from the method-element factor the teaching of a language takes on greater significance.	en-US
dc.description	El lenguaje es la herramienta empleada para el aprendizaje del mundo; genera relación con diversos individuos sin importar el contexto en el cual se encuentren, razón por la cual se han llevado a cabo investigaciones durante varios años, en donde los resultados obtenidos del proceso comunicacional han sido preocupantes. El presente trabajo investigativo busca determinar los parámetros sobre los cuales se debe sustentar el aprendizaje de una lengua, abordando conceptos básicos de la lingüística aplicada, así como sus objetivos, las estrategias que deben implementarse a la hora de adquirir una lengua, en razón de mejorar la competencia comunicativa. Además, se considera que a partir del factor método-elemento cobra mayor significado la enseñanza de una lengua.	es-ES
