Es un anhelo legítimo en un país en donde la violencia en sus múltiples manifestaciones ha campeado a lo largo de su historia republicana, la desigualdad en la distribución de la riqueza lo sitúa en los primeros lugares de la inequidad mundial según las mediciones del coeficiente de Gini, y su desarrollo humano no mejora significativamente dentro del concierto mundial (Según el Índice de Desarrollo Humano del PNUD, en el año 2000 Colombia ocupó el lugar 68 entre 174 países, y en el 2014 el puesto 98 entre 187 naciones). | es-ES |
