| dc.description | El objetivo de este artículo es presentar los avances de la investigación “diseño de Software educativo de costos como herramienta didáctica educativa para la materia de costos empresariales de la carrera licenciados en gastronomía del Instituto Tecnológico Superior Mario Molina Pasquel y Henríquez unidadacadémica Puerto Vallarta Jalisco”, orientada a obtener información sobre el costo de producción de lo vendido, aplicada a las empresas gastronómicas de carácter micro o pequeñas. En la actualidad la tecnología ha crecido positivamente. Con el proceso de aprendizaje de los alumnos se demuestra que son muchos los beneficios que se ofrecen a la educación en nuestra sociedad. Estas nuevas tecnologías están incidiendo en el mundo educativo de manera firme y con creciente importancia, enparticular dentro del ámbito de la formación del estudiante, dado que los multimedia juegan un papel de gran alcance en su rol de vehículo para multiplicar el aprendizaje en el proceso de formación educativa. La innovación es, en este horizonte, una de las características de la tecnología. El desarrollo del proyecto se realiza, en una perspectiva multidisciplinaria, desde la ingeniera en sistemas, el área económico administrativa y las teorías de la educación.
