| dc.description | En una institución educativa, las competencias directivas del docente universitario se constituyen, ante todo, por la integración y coordinación de las competencias personales; éstas representan una integración y una coordinación del savoir-faire, conocimientos y cualidades personales. La visión del docente debe implicar su papel como directivo del grupo de estudiantes a su cargo. De él depende, en gran medida, la formación de jóvenes para que, con base en un perfil de egreso de las diversas áreas del conocimiento de las instituciones de educación superior (IES), sean personas competentes que colaboren en la mejora social. Sin esta visión del docente-líder, docente-director, difícilmente se alcanzarán los resultados que requiere la educación superior mexicana para continuar con el perfeccionamiento de cada persona y de la sociedad. | es-ES |

The faculty member vision must consider the role of director of the student group that is in charge, as the formation of young people depends on him. The formation must be based in a profile of diverse areas of knowledge at the university, in order to make the students, competent individuals who collaborate with the social improvement of a country.
