dc.description	Entender el delito como conducta antisocial, lleva a considerar dentro de dichoconcepto, todas aquellas conductas que ponen en riesgo la existencia de lasociedad, dándose en este sentido, una forma de defensa social.Ahora bien, dicha defensa implica librar una batalla contra un enemigo latente delentramado social, esto es, la posibilidad de propagación del delito, o como en el casodel tabú, la posibilidad de contagio, que una vez materializada, promueve en laconciencia de lo colectivo, una tendencia auto-destructiva y de desintegración, queconlleva a la ruptura del contrato social, con la temida consecuencia de la anarquía.
dc.description	To understand the crime as antisocial behaviour, lead us to consider within thatconcept, all those behaviours that make in risk the existence of society, giving in thissense a way of social defense.However, such defense involves a battle against a latent enemy of society, that is, thepossibility of spread of the crime, or in the case tabú, the possibility of contagion,which materialized promotig in the colective conscience a tendency self-destructiveand desintegrate, leading to rupture of the social contract, with the fearedconsequence of the anarchy.
