| dc.description | El sistema interamericano de derechos humanos es un claro ejemplo de las victorias de la humanidad en el respeto por si mismos, infundiendo el acatamiento de la convención americana de derechos humanos y marcando las pautas de la forma como se debe reparar, sin embargo esa evolución en el caso del estado colombiano ha puesto en evidencia la débil protección que se ha brindado a los habitantes de este hermoso país y la necesidad de tomar medidas efectivas corrigiendo los errores que la situación actual nos plantea, para evitar las condenas reiteradas por un sistema jurídico frágil y una violencia que no cesa. | |
