dc.description	Al desarrollarse este trabajo de investigación, se pretende analizar una de las problemáticas que se presentan con mayor frecuencia al momento de hacer la reclamación de una póliza de seguros de trans-porte terrestre de mercancías, dado que en esta confluye un interés asegurable diverso, lo cual genera conflicto en la reclamación y su control o regulación dentro del ordenamiento jurídico colombiano. Para ello es necesario establecer los conceptos dados por la doctrina nacional sobre el interés asegurable y su titular en los contratos de seguros de transporte terrestre de mercancías. Por otro lado, tratar puntos que originan las consecuencias que serán afrontadas por el extremo débil de la relación contractual, esto analizando preceptos del ordenamiento jurídico colombiano. Y, por último, analizar qué tipo de control se aplica a nivel judicial y legal al contrato de seguro de transporte terrestre de mercancías, a falta de una normatividad especifica.
dc.description	By developing this research is intended to analyze one of the problems that arise most often when making the claim of an insurance policy of land freight transport, since in this diverse joins an insurable interest, which conflict generated by the representation and control or regulation within the Colombian legal for it is necessary to establish the concepts given by the national law on insurable interest and the holder in in-surance contracts inland freight transport, on the other hand deal points that give rise to consequences that will be faced by the weak end of the contractual relationship, this by analyzing the Colombian legal precepts, and finally analyze what type of control is applied in the courts and legal insurance contract land freight transport the absence of specific regulations
