| dc.description | El propósito de esta investigación se centra en dar a conocer la ineficacia existente en la aplica-ción actual de la ley 1010 de 2006 y normas relativas al acoso laboral por parte de nuestro operador jurídico así como por los empleadores Colombianos y encontrar una alternativa de solución para lograr una seguridad jurídica para los trabajadores. Para el logro de esta meta fue necesario realizar un estudio de la normatividad referente al acoso laboral; además de realizar el trabajo de campo en algunas empresas y entidades judiciales para explicar el fenómeno que se presenta cuando la aplicación de la legislación se queda corta ante la realidad del momento | |
