dc.description	El origen de la protección ambiental es bastante reciente. Apenas a finales delsiglo XX se dan los primeros pasos en dirección a la tutela jurídica del medio ambiente, a partirde las Conferencias de las Naciones Unidas. A nivel comunitario, en la versión primera delTratado de Roma que inauguraba la Comunidad Económica Europea, la protección del medioambiente todavía no se hacía expresa. En la actualidad, son seis los Programas de Acción de laComunidad Europea sobre el Medio Ambiente. La Directiva 2004/35/CE sobre ResponsabilidadAmbiental en relación con la Prevención y Reparación de los Daños Ambientales constituye eldesarrollo normativo más importante en este ámbito.
dc.description	The origin of the environmental protection is quite recent. Just at the end of the XXcentury, the first steps in the direction of the ward of court of environment occurred, as a resultof the Conferences of the United Nations. At communitarian level, in the first version of theTreaty of Rome that inaugurated the European Economic Community, the protection of theenvironment was not expressed yet. At the present time, they are the six Programs of Action ofthe European Community on Environment. The Directive 2004/35/CE on EnvironmentalResponsibility in relation to the Prevention and Repair of the Environmental Damages constitutesthe more important normative development in this scope.
