| dc.description | This paper examines the relationship between food and body in the context of a popular festival in Santa Rosa de Tastil, province of Salta, Argentina. The intention is to relate bodily expressions and emotions with playful dynamics, between the consumption of regional products and a festival withdiverse activities, where dance and body articulations stand out. The researcher approaches these connections from two perspectives: the relationship between food and culture where the body plays a key role, considering the phenomenological approach and the anthropology of emotions, as well as the concept of the play, considering that coexistence and human actions are penetrated by the play element. Methodologically, the work includes an autoethnographic approach due to the researcherparticipation herself, recognizing my own perceptions and experiences in this context. The article concludes that the enjoyment of food does not depend on the degree of its elaboration, but on the act and circumstances of its consumption in a social-playful context, that allows bodily contact and pleasure. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente trabajo propone analizar la relación entre la comida y los cuerpos en el contexto de una fiesta popular en Santa Rosa de Tastil, provincia de Salta, Argentina. Para ello, relacionaré las expresiones corporales y las emociones alrededor de dinámicas lúdicas, entre el consumo de productos de la región y una fiesta que consta de diversas actividades, donde destacan el baile y las articulaciones corporales. Tales conexiones se abordan desde dos perspectivas: la relación entre comida y cultura, donde el cuerpo juega un papel clave, considerando el enfoque fenomenológico y la antropología de las emociones, junto alconcepto de juego, entendiendo que la convivencia y las acciones humanas están penetradas por lo lúdico. Metodológicamente el trabajo incluye el enfoque autoetnográfico mediante la propia participación en la fiesta, reconociendo así las percepciones y vivencias de la investigadora en este contexto. Concluyo que el goce de la comida no depende del grado de su elaboración sino del acto y las circunstancias de su consumición en un contexto social-lúdico que permite el contacto y el goce corporal. | es-ES |
