dc.description	If during the Restoration there was a process of typifying the consumption of cider for commercial purposes, a reality that would also become evident in the case of certain traditional peasant customs, once the Franco regime was consolidated, one could speak of the impulse towards a typism with institutional objectives. This will be undertaken through events such as the pourer contests—which have been registered since the early 1950s—the Villaviciosa Apple Festival or the Nava Cider Festival, occasions in which leisure was combined with business and where, in addition, advances of interest for a sector that was not going through its best moment.	en-US
dc.description	Si durante la Restauración se registraba un proceso de tipificación del consumo de sidra con fines mercantiles, realidad que también se tornaría palpable en el caso de ciertas costumbres tradicionales campesinas, consolidado el régimen franquista se podría hablar del impulso hacia un tipismo con objetivos institucionales. Ello se acometerá través de eventos como los concursos de escanciadores —que se registran desde principios de los años 50—, del Festival de la Manzana de Villaviciosa o del de la Sidra de Nava, ocasiones en las que se conjugaba el ocio con el negocio y donde, además, se presentaban puntualmente los avances de interés para un sector que no atravesaba su mejor momento.	es-ES
