dc.description	The article discusses the advance of the European Right during the last 15 years from the view of electoral politics as well as the diffusion of ideologies andsentiments. It analyzes the factors of the weakening Left and the strengthening Right, particularly the dismantling of the Welfare State and the growth of neoliberal policies. A history and the main features of the right-wing parties are also addressed.	en-US
dc.description	O artigo discute o avanço da direita na Europa, nos últimos 15 anos, tanto do ponto de vista político-eleitoral como da difusão de ideologias e sentimentos. São analisados os fatores de enfraquecimento da esquerda e crescimento da direita, em particular a desestruturação do Estado do Bem-Estar e as políticas neoliberais.
