dc.description	The Matlatzinca people are an original group rooted in their beliefs, uses and customs, the vision that the Matlatzincas have about nature and, specifically, about environmental risks is not necessarily equivalent to the hegemonic vision. In the present work, the worldview of the Matlatzinca community of nature and the conception of environmental risks were investigated in order to generate an approach to the vision of this native people and thus, analyze if this worldview can be considered as an element of the sustainability proposed from the south. To achieve the objective, classical ethnography tools such as direct observation and in-depth interview were used; elements of the Matlatzinca concept about nature and its own phenomena were obtained, such as environmental risks expressed in the form of narratives, myths and legends that showed an alternative vision to the dominant one, in which spiritual values ??are assigned to each one of these phenomena and a relationship of harmony with them is maintained.	en-US
dc.description	El pueblo Matlatzinca es un colectivo originario arraigado a sus creencias usos y costumbres, la visión que los matlatzincas tienen acerca de la naturaleza y, específicamente, sobre los riesgos ambientales no es necesariamente equivalente a la visión hegemónica de los mismos. En el presente trabajo se indagó en la cosmovisión de la comunidad matlatzinca de la naturaleza y la concepción sobre los riesgos ambientales con el objetivo de generar un acercamiento a la visión de este pueblo originario y así, analizar si esta cosmovisión se puede considerar como un elemento de la sustentabilidad propuesta desde el sur. Para llegar a cumplir el objetivo se utilizaron herramientas de Etnografía clásica como la observación directa y la entrevista a profundidad; se obtuvieron elementos del imaginario matlatzinca sobre la naturaleza y los fenómenos propios de la misma como los riesgos ambientales expresados en forma de narraciones, mitos y leyendas que mostraron una visión alterna a la dominante, en la cual se le asignan valores espirituales a cada uno de estos fenómenos y se mantiene una relación de armonía con los mismos.	es-ES
